First 30 minutes is spent doing grounding/presence work, along with intention setting and clarifying goals for the session. Last 60 minutes is spent exploring postures and movements.
Usually, people choose to either work on a single or handful of poses to get questions answered, or they seek a customized routine they can duplicate on their own. Whatever your goal is, I'll provide tips to create a safe and beneficial practice.
